At Counter Culture Store, we want you to love your beauty ritual, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products that are unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetic items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip to prevent processing delays.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
